Hello Linkedin Connections 👋 I am pleased to share that I have successfully completed my Summer Internship at Crystal Crop Protection Limited. I was fortunate to work on a field-based project titled: “𝐔𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬 & 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲” which explored real-world patterns of seed buying behavior and brand engagement. During this internship, I visited over 30 villages across Rajasthan’s Pali and Jalore districts. My responsibilities included: ▪️ Interacting with 1200+ farmers to understand their seed preferences ▪️ Visiting 18 retailers and 5 distributors to study trade insights ▪️ Promoting 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐨 9072 hybrid bajra through field campaigns and village-level meetings ▪️ Conducting brand recall surveys and collecting ground-level feedback ▪️ Supporting awareness-building and promotional activities in rural markets This experience provided practical exposure to how agri-marketing works in real village settings and how trust, information, and relationships shape farmer and trade decisions.
